Apple Begins Preparing to Ship iPad mini With 4G LTE

Though Apple had initially stated that the 4G LTE model of the 7.9-inch iPad mini iOS tablet would be available a week after the WiFi model went on sale, those who preordered the tablet found that the tablet would be ‘delivered by 11/21,’ a date that is later than what was previously promised by Apple; some preorder customers noted an initial delivery by date of 11/23, however.
