Vipnet acquires LTE spectrum in Croatia
The Croatian subsidiary of operator group Telekom Austria, Vipnet, has obtained 20MHz of the country’s 800MHz frequency spectrum for a total of HRK150m ($26m). //telecoms.com

Telekom Austria Group selects Ericsson's LTE
Ericsson will upgrade 2G and 3G networks and provide LTE RAN infrastructure for Telekom Austria Group's operators in Austria, A1 and Croatia, Vipnet. Rollout is already started based on Ericsson's RBS 6000.
